a very fun coffee to say the least.
we have a lot of traditionally (fully) washed coffees in our lineup. and even when we do roast honey or natural process coffees, we typically aim for pretty clean tasting ones. so sometimes, it's nice to have something fun. something that isn't traditional. while we purchased this as a "washed" process coffee, we also are aware that this probably is not really the case, as a lot of "washed" colombians are.. but we accept that and still want to share it. it's super fruity, fragrant, and delicious for the right person. and despite its tropical, fruity notes, it does have a very clean finish that we particularly enjoy about it. we think even for the washed coffee enjoyer, this is a good one.
