this roast is an exclusive collaboration between us and commons, our dear friends in irvine, california. they graciously brought us over to their cafe in the u.s. where we served this coffee amongst others. we've got some leftover, and so we're happy to be able to offer it online. it's clean, bright, and delicate, but it's also modern and citrus forward, with a silky texture and delightful mouthfeel. it's everything that you expect from a panama geisha, with a little something extra.
