another delicious coffee from fincas mierisch.
we've had a lot of good experiences with coffee from fincas mierisch. this year we had the pleasure of roasting their el triangulo gesha, and now we're getting to roast their san jose yellow pacamara. this is a coffee that our roaster, josef, has tried in the past from other roasters and was very impressed. we're impressed too, because despite its fully washed process, it is bursting with tropical fruit and juiciness. it's almost like drinking a fruit tea, and we can't say we're surprised, fincas mierisch has been producing some really good coffee recently.
