our most apt representation of a washed gesha.
this coffee is elegant, clean, sweet, bright: it is everything and more of what we were expecting from a fully washed gesha from hacienda san isidro labrador. for the washed coffee fans out there, this one is for you. if you're into naturals and coferments, it doesn't have the fruity punchy flavor notes you might be looking for. but in exchange, you get a simply beautiful, elegant coffee. this is your favorite coffee roaster's favorite coffee kind of coffee.
