About Us

We started Walnuts Coffee in 2021 amongst the three of us after we had our eyes opened to the intricacies of specialty coffee by some of our favorite roasters during our college days in the US. Our goal is to be able to share what we experienced here in Japan.

We are currently selling our coffee online, as well as in person at the occasional pop-up shop or market. We hope to take part in more events in the future.

The coffees we offer are typically light roasts, which allows the subtle differences in flavors between different varieties and origins to be more easily experienced.

We hope that all types of coffee drinkers, not only the coffee experts, but those who drink casually or even those who don’t typically drink coffee, to try out our selection.

We would be elated if we could be the ones to introduce you to the experience of specialty coffee, as we experienced in the US.
